Developed by the best engineers and designers, Mycro have replicated the ash hurley, but more importantly we have improved on its performance. The Carbon-fibre Evolution Hurley has numerous unique features but what sets it apart is its strength and durability. There is a sparked effect on the boss to give greater control, especially in wet conditions – making it durable, reliable and consistent every time.
As with all of our products, the Mycro Evolution Hurley is made in Ireland. In fact, it is made entirely in Bandon, Co. Cork so its Carbon footprint is negligible.
The Mycro Evolution Hurley is available from 20’’ right up to 36’’. You can also customise your Mycro Evolution Hurley with a grip colour of your choice.

Why Evolve?
At Mycro, we are constantly evolving our product range with the aim of developing innovative products which will improve and enhance player performance. Vital to the success of any All-Star hurler is their hurley.
Looking to the future, we could see the rapid decline in the availability of ash, due to a disease which threatens the Irish ash tree population. As a result of this decline in our native trees, 80% of the ash being used for Irish hurleys was being imported from abroad. We have immense pride in delivering Irish manufactured products to our customers, so this importing route was not one which we were prepared to go down. Instead, we turned our R&D team to synthetic alternatives.
Our goal – to produce a hurley that would surpass traditional ash and other synthetic alternatives on the market. Following weeks of design and testing by the best engineers and designers our Mycro Evolution Hurley was born.
